Julia and I had such a fun time taking these portraits. She was so awesome to collaborate with because she knew exactly what she wanted when it came to her senior portraits. We texted back and forth about wardrobe, location, and images that inspired us. It was SO FUN. She challenged me in the sense that she wanted pictures downtown Grand Rapids but she didn’t want them looking like any of her friend’s “usual” downtown senior portrait session. And I’ve got to say, I think we did a pretty great job making original images for her. She also has this super neat truck that we drove out in the middle of a field which really added some unique and personal flair to her session.
